Our policies on returns, replacements, and refunds.

Decants (2ml / 5ml / 10ml) — Final Sale

Decants are made to order (hand-decanted) and are consumable items. For hygiene and safety reasons, all decant sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds due to preference, change of mind, or opened/used items.

Full Bottles — Returns Only If Unopened

If you purchase a full bottle from Insaura, returns may be accepted only if the bottle is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The bottle must be sealed/unused and in resellable condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • The order must include proof of purchase and order number
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee may apply (up to 10%) to cover handling and payment processing

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, missing packaging, or damage not caused by shipping.

Shipping Damage / Leaking / Wrong Item — 48-Hour Window

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact orders@insaura.co within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item(s)

In some cases (especially for full bottles), we may request a short unboxing video to help verify the issue.

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on availability and the case.
