We currently ship within the United States.

Free shipping applies to orders over $39.99 (before taxes, after discounts). Orders under $39.99 will see the shipping rate at checkout.

Orders are processed on business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods or promotions.

You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact orders@insaura.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
